RepliAI ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
The App sends conversation data to our cloud server (Google Vertex AI) for AI-powered reply suggestions and conversation analysis. Our server does not permanently store conversation data; however, Google may retain data for a limited period for abuse detection purposes.

3.1 AI Profiling
Personality & Communication Analysis
The App provides features that analyze conversation content to infer communication tendencies and personality types. Paid plan users have full access to all features, and free plan users can preview detailed analyses up to 3 times per month. These analysis results are AI-generated estimates and should be used for reference only. Analysis data is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on our servers.
The analysis features may infer and display the following:
- ✓Communication style tendencies (sociability, empathy, etc.)
- ✓Conversation pattern analysis (reply tendencies, message frequency, etc.)
- ✓Suggestions for improving communication
4. Data Storage and Processing
4.1 Cloud Processing
About AI Processing
The App's AI features are processed in the cloud using Google Vertex AI (Gemini API). Our server does not permanently store conversation data. Additionally, data caching on the Vertex AI side has been disabled, so processed data is not cached by Google. However, Google may retain logs for a limited period for abuse detection purposes.
Data is transmitted through encrypted communication (HTTPS). For details on how Google Vertex AI handles data, please refer to the Google Cloud Service Terms.
4.2 AI Model Training
Your Data Is Not Used for AI Training
Your conversation data is never used to train or improve AI models. Data is used solely for generating replies and analysis, and is discarded immediately after processing.
4.3 Local Data
Conversation history and settings within the App are stored on your device. You can lock the App with Face ID or Touch ID to prevent unauthorized access.
If you use the feature to save analysis results as images, you will need to grant write access to your photo library. The App does not read the contents of your photo library.
4.4 Data Stored on Our Server
The following data is stored on our server to provide our services:
- ✓Device ID: Anonymized identifier (stored until account deletion)
- ✓Consent Record: Date and time of consent to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (stored until account deletion)
- ✓Subscription Information: Expiration date, plan type (automatically deleted after expiration)
- ✓Usage Counts: Reply suggestions, OCR, and analysis features are reset monthly (automatically deleted)
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from the settings screen. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
How to delete: In the App, go to "Settings" → "Data Management" → "Delete All Data"
7. Age Restrictions
The App is intended for users aged 15 and older. Users under 15 are not permitted to use the App. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 15.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. We will notify you within the App of any significant changes.

The App is operated from Japan. When you use the App, your conversation data is sent to Google Vertex AI servers for processing. Google may process this data in data centers located outside your country of residence.
Data flow: Your device → Our server (Cloudflare, global edge network) → Google Vertex AI (cloud processing) → Response returned to your device
All data transfers are protected by HTTPS encryption. We have configured Google Vertex AI to disable data caching and logging to minimize data retention during transfers. 11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- ✓Right to Access: You can view your profile information and usage data within the App
- ✓Right to Rectification: You can update your profile information at any time in the App settings

- ✓Right to Data Portability: Conversation data is stored locally on your device and can be managed through your device's backup features
- ✓Right to Withdraw Consent: You can stop using the App at any time and delete your data as described above

For users in South Korea, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA):
